The Magic Group!

Back in April, when we traveled to the capital, Lusaka, we met some really interesting characters at our accommodation. Among them was a guy from Turkey, who was conducting business activities in the city. Besides that, he was a seasoned traveler, and according to him... he had visited more than 1,000 different cities: He said countries don't count in the calculation, only cities... there might be some truth to that.

Anyway, every conversation with him and his Zimbabwean buddy, who was also staying at the same place and there for the same reason as the Turkish friend, was pretty entertaining.

They were always trying to lure us out into the nightlife. Allegedly, with no ulterior motives... no prejudices! But we weren't born yesterday. So, we stayed in the area, chatted with them now and then... although by the end of our vacation, both of them became pretty annoying with their constant questioning, but we let it go... they were probably just lonely.

So... our little group got the nickname "Magic Group" from them, as together, the five of us were seen as very mysterious and unpredictable.

Here's our winning five! We'll be together again soon! 10 more days, and we'll be home!
