Planetrise Association: We Met Jane Goodall!
On May 18, our association, in cooperation with the Teichmann Vilmos Primary School from Kisvárda, attended a meeting in Budapest, invited by the Jane Goodall Institute. Jane Goodall, one of the world's most renowned primate researchers, was present at the event.
Jane spent decades in Africa and played a key role in understanding the behavior of chimpanzees. Currently, she works in several countries around the world to promote environmental consciousness.
The students from the Teichmann Vilmos Primary School presented to Jane what they are doing for the environment. They showcased eco-house models, small hydroelectric power plants, and hydrogen fuel cell-powered toy cars, as well as projects realized in collaboration with our association.
